Pets

This week our theme was Pets. We had so much fun exploring our theme. We had a Vet Clinic where we could play as a veterinarian or as the pet owner bringing in their pet. The kids loved this station! We did so much fun art this week! We painted with dog bones and used water color to paint cats and dogs. Our sensory table was the biggest hit this week. We had plastic straws and scissors in it to help with our scissor cutting skills. We had an awesome week!

Friends/School

This week our theme was Friends/School. We spent Monday talking about our friends and the fun things we enjoy doing with them. We also discussed how it is very important to be kind to our friends. Tuesday we enjoyed talking about school. We learned that School starts with the letter S. We talked about our favorite things to do at school. Some of the things were playing, playing with play-dough, and looking at books.  One of our favorite centers this week was shaving cream. We made shapes and letters with it! Hope you enjoy our pictures of us at School!

We loved having our Grandparents visit us on Tuesday! The smiles from both the grandparents and the kids were priceless. The grandparents were able to take home a sweet poem with their handprint and their grandchild's handprint. They also had time to visit around the room.

Our first week of school!

We had a great first day of school! Mrs. Jaime and Mrs. Amy loved spending time with everyone! We all made lots of new friends! We are going to have a wonderful year!
